We are looking for a Co-founder to build the product that will transform Asia's agri sector.

No agri, technical or start-up experience required, just an entrepreneurial drive and a passion for delivering impact. We supply the ideas, technical know-how and industry experience. As the cofounder you will be responsible for the startup vision, strategy, customer development, product and execution and hold a significant personal equity stake.
oakiq.io provides the platform to auto control and manage micro and macro environment of farming setup and helps in maximum yield of production with quality without burning too much cash on energy and other operational expenses. It also combines the resources, knowledge, and networks of farmers with a unique opportunity to connects to micro finances and crop insurance company to get security from the revenue losses.

Co-founder's roles & responsibilities

1. Work with your fellow co-founders and the oakiq.io team to identify opportunities and set the vision and strategy for the company
2. Identify the target customer segment and determine how to sell, service and support the new solution
3. Identify and manage risks critical to the venture’s success
4. Manage your team of fellow co-founders to maximize productivity and deliver impact
5. Be the interface between oakiq.io stakeholders and the team
6. Lead and drive the growth of the company after and once the fund has been raised
7. Lead the team in fund raising


Preferable background

1. Previous startup experience, including raising capital preferred
2. Passion for the focus area of agriculture and energy
3. Ability to collaborate with many organizations to achieve common goals
4. Ability to work successfully within small, unstructured teams
5. Self-initiative and an ability to work well independently
6. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple, complex projects
7. Ability to work effectively with and across multiple corporate groups and silos

Compensation for Co-founder

A fixed monthly remuneration + Incentive + Equity • TA/DA allowance as per company policy

Role and Responsibilities:

10. Develop admin panel for our existing web application
11. Fine-tune frontend and backend for user friendly access
12. Learn and maintain the oakiq.io platform
13. Addition of features and functionalities to existing application
14. Create product roadmap and maintain deliveries deadlines
15. Real time tracking of server and its uses
16. Integration of msg91 and sendgrid in existing application

Skills Requirements:

1. Sound knowledge of unix shell commands
2. Sound knowledge of PHP, Node JS, PostgreSQL
3. Good knowledge of DevOps, Python
4. Basic know-how of MQTT, apache2, mosquitto
5. Moderate level understanding of AWS, Java, Highchart, and IOT frameworks

Compensation:

CTC as per industry standard + Bonus + Equity

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Online/ Offline tender identification and participation
2. Technical survey of site and budget preparation
3. Documentation related to tender (Techno-commercial)
4. BOQ and Project Plan preparation
5. Target market identification and Lead Generation
6. Cold calling and prospective customer visits
7. Social media and email marketing etc.

Experience Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of power system and Solar Energy
2. Moderate level of experience in MS office (World/ Excel)
3. Education: Graduates/Postgraduates/ B.E/B.Tech/ M.Tech/MBA/PGDM

Compensation:

As per industry standard.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Technical survey of site and materials estimation
2. Liasioning with concern departments/ discoms
3. Project execution planning and co-ordination with sub-contractors
4. Monitor equipments and consumables inventory
5. Daily project progress report submission to HO
6. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
7. Maintain maintenance logs and report on monthly basis
8. Keep track of all ongoing projects and maintenance works
9. Ensure health and safety policies at site

Experience Requirements:

1. Hands on experience of electrical systems, solar energy and industrial automation
2. Basic knowledge of electrical and electronics components
3. Basic knowledge of MS office (World/ Excel)
4. Education:Graduates/Postgraduates/ B.E/B.Tech/ M.Tech/MBA/PGDM

Compensation:

As per industry standard.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for maintaining daily bank transactions, expenses and purchases
2. Keeping daily records of sales and purchases and maintaining the same in accounting software (Zoho)
3. Monthly GST, TDS reconciliation and coordination with CA for filling
4. Daily stock inventory reconciliation and updation in record register
5. Preparation of pro-forma invoice, delivery challan, tax invoice, purchase orders and bills in Zoho
6. Employee expense verification and reimbursement
7. Monthly salary preparation and contractors payment reconciliation
8. Debtors, creditors data maintenance and payment followups
9. Maintenance of all physical files/ folders related to company

Experience Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting
2. Fair knowledge of excel, word and accounting software
3. Fair understanding of taxation, auditing and compliances
4. Education: Bcom/Mcom/BBA/BA/Bsc. or similar
